2. Source of Information

3. Information Collection

The only personal information collected by the app is the user's first and last name, which is saved locally on the device[cite: 11]. 4. AI Assistant (On-Device Processing)

AutoCurs includes an optional AI Assistant that answers questions about the Road Traffic Regulations (RCR). This feature is powered by Google Gemma, an open large language model that runs entirely on your device.

• On-device processing: Your questions and the AI-generated answers are processed locally on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers, not shared with third parties, and not stored by us.
• Optional model download: To use the assistant, a language-model file (approximately 2.6 GB) is downloaded once, at your explicit request, from Google's model hosting. The download is optional, can be restricted to Wi-Fi, and the model can be deleted at any time from the app.
• Anonymous usage analytics: We log anonymous, aggregated events (for example, that a question was asked, an answer was shown, or an answer was reported) via Firebase Analytics to improve the feature. The text of your questions and the AI's answers is never included in this analytics data.
• Reporting content: Because AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate, you can report any answer directly in the app (long-press an answer, then choose “Report”). We use these reports to improve content safety, filtering, and moderation.
• Accuracy disclaimer: The AI Assistant is an educational aid and may produce errors. It is not an authoritative legal source. Always rely on the official Road Traffic Regulations of the Republic of Moldova.

The Gemma model is provided by Google, and your use of it is subject to the Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.

5. Information Usage & Protection

The collected data is solely used to enhance the user experience and improve app functionality[cite: 14].
